Overview

UDT/Seal Teams - Giclee Print - This print honors the history of the today's current United States Navy SEAL Program, which began during WW2 as the Underwater Demolition Teams, (UDT). The unusual dog tags and the modern day trident in the print belonged to a UDT frogman that served during WW2. (Even though the trident was never issued during WW2, the UDT Veterans were later authorized to wear it.) The pebbles are encrusted in a metal artifact brought back from Normandy's Omaha Beach. The fired .50 caliber round was found off the coast of Florida, near to an anti-U-Boat operation. And the sand was brought back from Coronado Beach where all of today's BUDS classes train.
